as in the past years we would like to give you the opportunity to present your latest developments, recent successes and approaches to an international audience. We have again invited speakers for special foci. Sspeakers attend the according workshop day at no costs

submission of abstracts:

please use the online registration form for the submission of presentations, if you encounter any problems follow the comments. Do not send it by email instead if your input is too long, it is an automated system and you might pass the deadline. The submitted information will be used for the flyer, web and handouts.
You will receive an automated email confirming the delivery only, you will receive notice of acceptance by August 1

after submission you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt. You will be notified on acceptance of your presentation by August 1 and further proceedings, such as sending pictures and else
we understand that you wish to include your co-authors, but appreciate a limitation to two only for the flyer and handouts. Feel free to give any credentials in your presentation and in the workshop proceedings.
presentations will be placed on the presentation laptop for your convenience and to avoid waiting time for the attendees. As we want to ensure operativeness of presentations, especially if containing videos, we strongly advise to send these well in advance.
please note that the workshop is structured into sessions and a change to another session therefore not advisable. Once agreed on the agenda, we appreciate if speaker schedule their trips accordingly.

speaker attend for free on the according workshop day, no registration form is necessary. If attending the other workshop day as well the regular registration do apply..

a paper summary will be provided to all workshop attendees, comprising title, authors, biography and abstracts.
workshop proceedings
all information provided will also be compiled in workshop proceedings, made accessible to all attendees
