sending the registration form it is agreed to accept the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft terms of payment. After registration you will receive an email confirming your registration and fees within 2 working days.

deadline for early registration
sunday, October 24, 2010, 00:00am, CET. Time and date of EMFT fax/Forum web is decisive for receiving the early registration discount.
payment by credit card
VISA or Mastercard ONLY – sorry, we do not accept AMEX.
In case of early registration, credit card will be debited shortly after the term ends
payment by bank transfer
state your purchase order number if requested, an invoice is sent for your attention, unless you have stated a different billing address or contact. Bank transfer must clearly indicate the stated EMFT invoice number !
substitution
substitution of delegates may be made at any time at no charge provided that there is no anew issuing an invoice, an informal email to Gabriele Reiner is sufficing.
cancellation and refunding
cancellation made by November 17, 2010, will be refunded
please note that fees will not be refunded if the booking is cancelled after November 17 or if the participant fails to attend.
supply and services
workshop fees include lunch and refreshments during sessions, evening reception as per description and proceedings, made available on this webpage, access sent shortly after the workshop by email to all attendees.
Fraunhofer EMFT does not accept liability for any loss of or damage to the personal effects of delegates attending the event. Fraunhofer EMFT reserves the right to cancel, defer or modify the event proceedings without prior notice.
